The purpose of this article is to help you understand: 

  • How to automatically set up schedules for all new providers

 

Set up a default schedule for all new providers

To set your providers schedules to be automatically ready every time you input a new one, you will have to follow the steps below. 

Settings > 

General > 

Store Options > 

Provider Tab > 

Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see the question "Would you like to automatically set up new provider's schedules or leave them not set up?" >

Select "Pick Custom" > 

You will now have each day of the week appear with a start and end time for you to fill out. You also have frequencies that you can choose from: Every Week, Every Two Weeks, Every Three Weeks, and Every Four Weeks. 

Once you set up each day you will then go on and click the blue "Save" button on the bottom of the page. 

 

This will now be the set schedule for every single new provider that you add to your system. 

**Note** if you leave the option as "Not Set" then every provider that you add will not have a schedule and either you or the provider will have to place one in before they can start taking bookings.
