The purpose of this article is to help you understand: 

  • How to link your FAQ's
  • How to link your contact page


Inside the customers account, there is a 'FAQ/Support' tab that a customer can click on.

By default this goes to the home page of the 'Simple' theme that we create for you the moment you sign up for BookingKoala where there is a simple contact form on the bottom of the page.

If you'd like to change the end destination once that tab is clicked on and take them to a different page of your choice you can do so by going to settings > general > store options > customer:

You will then find this box under the customer tab where you can put in the URL of your new destination.

Once the user clicks on 'FAQ/Support' they will go to the page of your choice.
