The purpose of this article is to help you understand: 

  • How to disable phone numbers and emails from showing to your providers

 

Getting started

You can enable or disable a provider or team from seeing the customers email and/or phone number.

To do so you will go to the “Settings” section in your dashboard.

Then you will click the “General” tab.

Next click the “Store Option” in the drop down menu.

At the top of the next page you will click on the tab that says “Provider”

Scroll to the bottom of the page where it will ask you if you want to show the email or phone number:

Select “Yes” or “No”

Then click the green “Save” button.
