- How to integrate Authorize.net with BookingKoala to send payments to providers
Getting Started
If you would like to pay providers through BookingKoala, you must have access to an Authorize.net account.
If you have not done so already, click here to view our guide on how to connect an Authorize.net account to process customer charges and collect payment.
Connect Authorize.net to BookingKoala
Once you've connected the Authorize.net account to charge customers, you can connect it to payout your providers. Open your BookingKoala admin dashboard and go to:
Settings > General > Store Options > Admin
Scroll down to the second section where it says, "Are you ready to connect your provider's payment accounts?" and toggle the button to "Enabled".
A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you would like to proceed. Click the "Yes" button to enable the payment processor.
The system will automatically copy the two required keys, the API Login Key and Transaction Key, and insert them into the proper sections. Finally, click the blue "Save" button below to finalize the connection.
A green system notification will appear on the top right corner of the screen letting you know the update has been successful.
