The purpose of this article is to help you: 

  • Know what staff permissions are
  • Change the permissions per staff member

 

Your staff members are only allowed to see certain sections of the software that you give them permission to. You can either block them from seeing a certain section, allow them to view a section but not make any edits, or give them full editing capability of the section. 

 

Why can I not let a staff member "edit" any of the reports?

No report section can be edited, even you the admin. All reports are internally connected based on actions that are automatically taken from customers, providers, and staff based on bookings, ratings, payments, trends, etc. 

 

Edit staff permissions

To edit a staff members permission go to:

Settings >

Staff >

Staff Members >

Find the staff member you wish to change their permissions on and click the pencil icon under the "Action" column on the right hand side of the page >

Click the "Permission" tab at the top of the page >

Create you changes >

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green "Save Permission" button.
