What is the "key message"?

One of the optional features located in your booking form's settings is the ability to add a key message for the customer. When enabled, customers and staff can use this option to indicate if someone will be home for the service, if they will be hiding a key, and/or if they would like the provider to keep the key after the service has been completed.

Below, a text box is included to allow the customer to add any notes or instructions that have to do with accessing the location.

Enable the Key Message Option

The key message can be enabled or disabled under your form Settings section. You can locate this by going to:

Settings > Industries > [Industry Name] > Settings > Form Settings

Next, click "Options", then "Edit" next to the form you'd like to view settings for.

Scroll down towards the bottom of the form until you see "Key message" with a red toggle button below it.  Click the button to switch it to "Enabled".

Finally, click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the page to update your form settings.

You and your customers will now be able to leave and track key information using this section.
