The purpose of this article is to help you understand:
- How to filter leads in the leads dashboard
- How to export leads
Filtering Leads
Leads can be filtered using several different options on the leads dashboard. To begin, click on the Leads sections at the top of the page.
There are four basic filters across the top of this page: lead type, form, source, and date.
- Lead type allows you to view all leads or just new leads.
- Forms allow you to view leads associated with a specific form.
- Original source allows you to view the leads by the source they came from.
- Date allows you to view leads according to the date in which they were submitted.
In addition to these four basic filters, it is also possible to create your own filters using the Advanced Filters option. To begin, click the Advanced Filters button and select the blue Add Filters button.
Next, select one of the following categories to filter by a lead property: work progress, lead info, custom fields, and action forms.
For example, to see all leads that have been marked as "won", one would select the work progress category, click on Won lost status, check the box next to "is any of", then select won, and click apply filter.
Exporting Leads
To export your leads, use whatever filters you'd like to apply along the top of the leads page, then click the white Export button.
A pop-up will appear, asking if you would like the file format to be in .CSV or .XLSX. Once you've selected the filter type, click the blue Export button and the system will automatically begin downloading the file for you.
