The purpose of this article is to help you understand:

Lead Reports
Inside the Leads Module, you can view your reports from the dashboard by going to the Reports tab.
There are three tabs at the top of the Reports page:
- The General tab contains reports related to your leads in BookingKoala.
- The Facebook Ad tab contains reports on any Facebook ads you have connected to Bookingkoala via the Facebook leads integration
- The Google Ad tab contains reports on any Google ads you have connected to BookingKoala via the Google leads integration
General Reports
The general reports can be filtered by:
- Lead owner
- Date
- Funnel(s)
- Forms
- Sources
- UTM Parameters
Data you can check in each report includes:
- Leads - The total number of leads added during a specified period of time
- Won -The total number of leads that were successfully converted into customers.
- Revenue (Won) - The total amount of revenue resulting from successfully converted customers.
- Lost - The total number of leads that were not successfully converted into customers.
- Revenue (Lost) - The total amount of potential revenue lost with these leads.
- Others - The number of leads that were neither lost nor won.
- Revenue (Potential) - The total amount of potential revenue related to the "Others" category.
- Work progress leads - The number of leads added to the selected funnel(s) with their statuses like "won", "lost", "other", etc.
- Top lead sources - The number of leads originating from various sources with "Won" cases only. This includes the difference between this and the last session as well as the conversion rate.
- Device category - The number and type of devices from which leads are generated
- Browser type - The number and type of browser used by the leads.
- Operating system - The number and type of operating system leads are using
- Screen resolution - The screen resolution associated with the leads.
