Combining Leads

Let's say you are going through your leads module and notice three new leads have come all with similar information! Perhaps you have multiple pop-ups and the same client filled all of them out.  Whatever the case may be, it is important to have a way to stay organized in scenarios like this.  This is where the Combine Leads feature comes in.  The Combine Leads feature allows you to combine those profiles into one by picking which details are primary versus secondary.

To use this feature, begin by clicking on the names of one of the leads.

This will bring you to that lead's Details page. Here there are several different buttons below the lead's profile picture and name.

Click on the "Combine" button and a Combine Profile pop-up will appear.  You will see an overview of the lead's information, including a phone number, email address, and more.

To select the next lead, use the Select New Lead search bar near the top right corner of the pop-up to search for the profile by name.  Click to select the profile and you will see the second lead's information has been added to the pop-up below.  You can now add a third lead if needed and then move on to the next step.

There is a bullet point next to each piece of information.  Select the primary options for each piece of data and then click the Next button.

On the next page, you will finalize the combination by typing the word "CONFIRM" into the field at the bottom and then clicking the "Combine" button.

You will see a green system alert at the top right corner of the page confirming the profiles have been combined successfully.

You can now view the profile of the newly combined lead and see all of the information combined into a single profile under the Primary and Secondary sections.
