Lead Profiles
In the Leads Module, each lead has a profile page with numerous tools to help you stay in contact, keep records, send and sign documents, and more. To access a lead's profile, go to the Leads section or locate a lead in the Funnels section and click on a lead's name.
On the left side of the page, you will see the lead's basic information including their name and any tags associated with their account.
Below are several buttons to help with lead management.
- Combine - The combine feature allows you to combine up to three leads at a time into a single profile. Click here to view our full article on how to use this feature.
- Funnels - Add the lead to one or more funnels. Funnels can be managed under the Work Progress section.
- Messages - Send personal messages to your leads to nurture them. Click here to see our full article on sending messages and forms.
- Send Email - Send an email to your lead.
- Send SMS - Send a text to your lead.
- Send Email - Send an email to your lead.
- Forms - Send forms directly to your lead. Click here to see our full article on sending messages and forms.
- Email - Send forms via email.
- SMS - Send forms via text.
- Actions - Additional action options including editing and deleting the lead. Click here for our full article.
- Edit - Edit the lead's basic information.
- Delete - Delete the lead entirely.
- Create Customer - Convert the lead into a customer.
- Original Source - Set the original source for the lead.
- Lead Owner - Set a lead owner.
- Add Tag - Add new and existing tags to a lead to keep them organized.
Then, below, are the lead's email(s) and phone number(s).
Leads Dashboard
On the main dashboard of the lead, there are five main sections to help with lead management.
- Work Progress - Manage the lead's funnel(s) from this section.
- Activities - See logs for the lead, emails, and SMS. Some logs have options to download, resend, or view the communication sent. Click here to view our article on lead logs.
- Notes - The Notes section can be used by the admin and staff to add notes to the lead's profile. Users can add new notes, add comments, and tag users in the Notes section.
- Files - The Files section allows you to upload, download, and view files related to the lead.
- Smart Documents - The Smart Documents feature allows you to upload documents to share, fill out, and sign.
