Lead Logs 

There are three different types of logs in the Leads Module: system logs, email logs, and SMS logs.  You can view a list of each type by going to the Settings section of the Leads dashboard and selecting Logs.  

  • System logs display all of the edits and changes made in the system by you and your staff.  Logs can be filtered by activities relating to leads, tags, sources, funnels, custom fields, forms, thank you pages, notifications, import/sync, and settings.  

  • Email logs show all of the emails sent by the system, including those that have been rejected, bounced, complained, delivered, opened, and clicked.  Email logs can also be filtered by email status. To learn how to set up email notifications for the Leads Module, click here.
