How do I use the Leads Module?

The Leads Module is designed to help you gather leads, track progress, and cultivate leads into customers, employees, etc.  Leads can be imported from another software or gathered via a customizable lead form, which allows visitors to submit a request for a quote or inquire more about your services, prospect providers to fill out an application or collect feedback from your customers.  Once a lead has been gathered, you can track that lead's progress in a funnel, noting if the lead has booked a service, how much revenue is related to the lead, and other custom fields.

Where to Locate the Leads Module

The Leads Module is located just below the Bookings button on the left side panel.

This button launches your leads dashboard.

Who has access to the Leads Module?

If you have the Starter or Growing Subscriptions, you can build out one form and collect/view leads from that one form.  

To access the rest of the great features in the leads module, as well as the ability to make multiple lead forms, is only included in the Premium subscription.
