Booking Notes
Booking notes are special sections of the booking form where you can leave notes for specific parties regarding sensitive details about the job.
There are four different types of private booking notes.
- Private Booking Note - A private booking note can only be seen here on the admin/staff booking page and cannot be seen by the customer or the provider(s).
- For example, if you and your staff want to leave a note regarding a disagreement the provider had with the customer, this would be the correct section to leave that note. Only the admin and staff would be able to see the note, and they would only be able to see it here on the booking details page for this specific job.
- Private Customer Note - A private customer note can be seen here as well as the notes section on the customer's profile and can only be seen by admin and staff.
- For example, let's say your customer has a preferred service provider. You can note that preference here in the private customer note section. Only you and the staff will be able to see this note, and it will be visible in this note section on all bookings as well as the notes section in the customer's profile.
- Note For Service Provider - A note for the service provider is left by the admin or staff and can be seen by the service provider, admin, and staff but not the customer.
- For example, let's say you want to remind the provider to be careful not to let the cat out of the house like last time without reminding the customer that it happened. You can leave this information in a note for the service provider.
- Note From Service Provider - A note from the service provider is left by the service provider for the admin or staff and cannot be seen by the customer.
- For example, let's say the provider has notes about the job that they'd rather the customer not see, like remarks on the cleanliness of an apartment. The provider can add these notes to this section, which will be visible to the admin and staff but not the customer.
