Void a charge

Learn how to void a customer's charge in the pending charges section.

The purpose of this article is to help you learn:

  • How to void a customer's charge

 

Void a Charge

To void a charge, go to:

Bookings > Booking Charges > Pending

Locate the charge you would like to void in the list below. Then, click the "Void payment" option located under the "Actions" column on the far right.

A "Void Payment" pop-up window will appear where you can provide a reason for voiding the charge. This will only be seen by the admin. Then, click the blue "Save" button to complete voiding the charge.

A green system notification will appear in the top left corner, letting you know the booking payment has been voided successfully.
