Locate the Embed Codes
If you already have an existing website and do not need to use the BookingKoala website builder that comes with your account, you can easily embed your BookingKoala forms into your existing website.
To do this, you will need to copy the iframe codes from inside BookingKoala and paste them into a page in your existing website builder.
To begin, go to:
Settings > Design Forms & Website > Embed Forms
You will be redirected to a page that contains codes and links to each of the following:
Booking form(s)
Login form
Signup form
Gift Card form
Lead/Contact Us form
Live Reviews form
To embed the form into your existing page, double-click inside the box to copy the iframe embed code or web address link (this will depend on which website builder you use).

Generate Embed Codes for Multiple Industries
You can also generate a separate booking form code for each industry if you have multiple industries. To do this, go to:
Settings > Design Forms & Website > Embed Forms
The first section on this page is the embed code/link for your booking form.
Scroll down to the question "Do you want to generate embed code for a specific industry?" and select "Yes".
Next, select which industry you'd like to generate a code for.
Under "Do you want to hide industry bar?", select "Yes" to hide the industry bar for the booking form, or "No" to display it.
Under "Do you want to hide banner section?", select "Yes" to hide the banner section, or "No" to display it on the form.
Finally, click the blue "Generate Code" button to generate the embed code for your booking form.
A new box with the code will appear below. Once you copy the code, you can paste it into your website builder and the form will appear once the changes have been saved.
