What is the "My Drive" feature?
The "My Drive" feature allows the admin to share files with customers and/or providers through their BookingKoala account. Once enabled, you can locate the "My Drive" section in your customer or provider's dashboard by going to:
Providers > Providers > [Provider Name] > My Drive
or
Customers > Customers > [Customer Name] > My Drive
To upload files, click on the "My Drive" tab to open the section.
Then, click the blue "Browse" button to select the files you'd like to upload. You can also add a Note into the box below for reference. This will show up as a "tooltip" next to the file name.
Then click the blue "Save" button to upload the file.
Once a file is uploaded, it can be found in the section below. Hover over the note icon next to the file name to view your note.
If you'd like to hide the file from the customer or provider, click the orange "Make Private" button. To make the file "public" again, click the green "Private" button.
You can also download the file or delete it altogether.
On the customer/provider end, users can select the "My Drive" option from the main menu to download the files you've uploaded.
If you've enabled it, customers and providers can also upload files to share with you and your staff.
