Where to find the provider(s) export tool

BookingKoala created an export tool for several different areas in your account and in this article we will focus on exporting your providers. Perhaps you want to record and analyze your provider’s data, or use their information for tax purposes.  Regardless, you will need an easy and efficient way to export this data.

To begin the process, go to your main menu and click on:

  • Providers
  • Providers

If you’d like to initial the export, please click the green “Export” button on the top of your screen.

How to customize your export file

Once you’ve landed in the Export Provider(s) area, you have several options to customize your download.  You can elect to export all providers in your account, or you can use a filter to narrow the list down.

Under “Date Created”, you can click “All Time” to see the option to pick a specific time period.  If interested, click “Custom Period” to launch the date selection calendar, choose your time frame, and click “Apply”. Under “Status” you can click “All Providers” to see additional options.  Depending on your needs, you can select “Active Providers”, “Inactive Providers” in addition to the all providers option.

Once you have selected your filters, you can decide if you want to click “Select All” to export all of the provider fields, or you can select individual fields to customize the export data.

In addition to basic information in the provider’s profile (like name, email address, address, etc.), you can pull information from their settings, like priority, active locations, and active industries.  You can also select booking information as it relates to each provider, like average rating, number of active bookings, number of canceled bookings, and more.

Once you click “Export” you device will automatically down the information as a .CSV file.
