Where do I manage my invoice notifications?

All of your invoice-related notifications are managed under the Notifications section.  Go to:

Settings > Notifications > Emails or SMS > Admin or Customer tab > Invoice section

Customer Email Notifications

The following templates are available for customer emails.

Enable or Disable Invoice Notifications

To enable or disable any of the email or SMS notifications, click the green "Enabled" button to switch it to "Disabled", or vice versa.  A pop-up will ask if you are sure you would like to continue with enabling or disabling the notification.  Click "Yes" to continue.  

For example, if one disables the customer "New Invoice" SMS notification, customers will no longer automatically receive a text when a new invoice is generated for them.  Instead, the admin or staff would need to manually text customers if they wanted them to be notified.  

 

Customize Your Invoice Notifications

Any email or SMS notification can be edited by clicking the pencil icon/"Edit" button to the right of the template's description.  

Templates can be further customized by using short codes and master templates.

Some notifications have a "Schedule Reminder" button.

This can be used to set reminder-based notifications to occur at specific times of the day.
