A “Service Fee” is a fee that the merchant charges the customer for having a provider travel to their home or service location to complete the service.
This fee is 100% optional and all of it is given to the provider.
If there are multiple providers then it is split evenly and you can still adjust it during the appointment.
To turn on a “Service Fee” you will go to the “Settings” section in your dashboard.
Next you will click on the “Industries” tab and select the industry you want to add the service for.
From there you will click on the “Form” tab.
Then click “Locations”.
From here you will either add a new location or edit one.
Select the “Service Area We Serve” radio button and look for this option:
Here you can enter how much will be added onto the total for that specific location when someone is booking.
