Abandoned Form Leads
Abandoned form leads are customers who never completed the lead form and left before finishing. (Premium feature). Sometimes, potential visitors leave your website without finishing, but if they leave some information that includes a phone number and/or email, we can capture that information.
These premium leads have an "Abandoned Form" tag associated with them.
How are abandoned form leads collected?
An abandoned form lead is someone who fills out your lead form but "abandons the form" before they complete the form. These are some of the hottest leads you can have because they are interested in your services and they may have already partially filled out the lead form, giving you a better idea of what they are looking for. Even thought the prospect did not complete the form, we capture whatever information that they entered before leaving the form.
A few moments after leaving the lead form page, abandoned form leads are automatically sorted into your funnel(s) inside your Leads Module. Here, you can follow up with the lead and try to entice them to book a service, schedule an interview, or something else.
How do I view an abandoned form leads?
You can view new abandoned form leads from the Leads section in your Leads Module dashboard.
Click on the lead's name to view that lead's detail page. Here, you can click the eye icon under the Work Progress section to view the form that the lead abandoned.
