The purpose of this article is to help you understand: 

  • how to send out forms to your prospects
  • where to view sent out forms
  • where to view submitted forms

 

How do I send a form?

Once you have built a form, you are ready to send it out to your prospects. For more information about hiring forms and how to set one up, click here

Before you send out a form, you will also need to ensure that your notifications settings have been set up and enabled. For more information on how to do this, click here.

To send out a form, you will first need to go to the Prospect Details page.

First, click on the Prospects section in the top menu to view the list of your prospects.

To open the Prospect Details page, you can either click the prospect's Name and it will open the page, or you can select Options and View on the far right-side in their row.  

At the bottom of the menu on the left, click the grey Send Form drop-down menu. Click Send Form and select Email or SMS to continue.  

A Send Form popup will appear where you can select which form you'd like to send to the applicant.

Click the blue Send button to send out the form.  

Once the form has been sent, you will see a new log under the Activities section inside the Prospect Details page. 

 

View Sent Forms

After you send a form to a prospect, you can see which form has been sent to whom under the Prospects section under the Form column. 

To view the applicants that you have sent a specific form to, click on the Forms drop-down menu and select the form name.

 

View Submitted Forms

If you have enabled notifications, you will receive an alert once a new form has been filled out.  

To view submitted forms, go to the Prospect Details page for that prospect, and look under the Activities section. 

If there are a lot of logs under the prospects activities section, you can use the activities dropdown menu to select "Prospects".

Click View Form to open the completed form.

You will be redirected to a new window where you can view the form responses.
