Getting Started
To view all invoices in the system, go to:
Bookings > Booking Charges > Invoices tab
Edit an Invoice
It is possible to edit invoices of any status from the invoice dashboard. Simply use the filters to locate the invoice (click here to learn more about how to filter invoices by type, status, etc.), and then click the blue Edit button under the Actions column.
This option will bring you back to the invoice creation options as detailed in this article on how to create invoices. The invoice will be updated as you click the blue Next and Save and Continue buttons along the top of the page.
Duplicate an Invoice
To duplicate an invoice, locate an invoice in the dashboard and click the down arrow in the Actions column to reveal the Duplicate option.
A pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to duplicate this invoice. Click the blue Confirm button to proceed.
The new invoice will have all of the same details as the original and will automatically be saved as a draft once you navigate to the next section.
Delete an Invoice
To permanently delete an invoice, locate an invoice in the dashboard and click the down arrow in the Actions column to reveal the Delete option.
A pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to duplicate this invoice. Click the blue Confirm button only if you are certain you are ready to proceed as this action cannot be undone.
