Where can everyone login from?

Admin and staff

There are a few places that admin and staff members can login from. 

The first place is the login page on BookingKoala's homepage

Next you can login with the login page on the URL that was created for you when you signed up for your account. 

Here is the URL for our demo account https://demoaccount123.bookingkoala.com/ and once you land on the homepage you will go to the header and find the Login/Sign Up button in the top right hand corner. 

Once you click that you can enter in your login details. 

If you connected a custom domain to one our our themes then you will simply have to go to that domain address and find the login page. 

Lastly, if you embedded all your forms onto your already existing website then you can go to your site find the login page and login through there. 

Customers and providers 

They have one less option, they cannot sign in through the login on the BookingKoala homepage. 

They can login with the login page on the URL that was created for you the admin when you signed up for the account. 

Here is the URL for our demo account https://demoaccount123.bookingkoala.com/ and once they land on the homepage they will go to the header and find the Login/Sign Up button in the top right hand corner. 

Once they click that they can enter in their login details. 

If a custom domain is connected to the theme then they can go to that domain address and login from the login page there. 

Lastly, if you embedded all your forms onto your already existing website then the customers can go to your site find the login page and login through there.

 

Reset Password: 

*Note* When you, the admin, signed up for your account you received an email to confirm your email address. If you did not confirm your email through this link you will not be receiving any emails to reset your password. If you have confirmed your email and are still not receiving anything please email us and we will make sure that everything was saved properly.

Admin and staff

As the admin or office staff to reset your password you will go to any of the places that were mentioned above as to where you can login from. 

Next you will find the button underneath the "Password" box that says "Forgot Password

Once you click that it will redirect you to a page that will only allow you to place in your email address. Make sure you place the email address that is associated with your account. 

Customers and providers

A customer or provider will be able to reset their passwords by going to any of the places that were mentioned above as to where they can login from. 

Next they will find the button underneath the "Password" box that says "Forgot Password

Once they click that it will redirect them to a page that will only allow to place in their email address. Make sure they place the email address that is associated with their account. 

You can also reset their passwords for them by going to their profile and going under the "Profile" tab.

Then go to the "Info" tab and scroll down to where it says "Update Password" for Customers and "Change Password" for Providers.

Enter in a new temporary password for them two times and then click the green "Save" button.
